Skilled dog balances rubber ducks on his legs while sleeping

It’s always fun to mess with people when they fall asleep in a random place.

A pal’s mouth is open on a plane? Got to take a picture. On the floor after a night out? Snap it quickly. A deep sleeper who has no idea you put makeup on them? Share it on the ‘Gram.

And who says it’s just sleepy humans we can have a laugh with?

One pet owner found that he could teach his dog new tricks even while the doggo slept.

Silvio Parise Salvan from Italy realised that he could place rubber ducks on his pet’s arms and legs. The 45-year-old filmed his five-year-old Bull terrier Sparky while he dozed off.

The owner decided to see if he could position the ducks on his sleepy companion who managed to balance eight at a time.

Silvio, who lives with Sparky in Brescia, said: ‘Sparky usually sleeps in this position.

Keep Them Active. Energy varies between breeds, says Dr. Becker. “Greyhounds, Labs, Golden Retrievers, Jack Russell Terriers, Border Collies, and other active breeds have unfathomable energy.” He continues, “wolves spend 80% of their time awake, moving. With cats, there’s not such an exercise requirement,” but providing outlets for play at home is still crucial. For both cats and dogs he recommends food-dispensing that “recreates the hunt,” and puzzle feeders that engage your pet’s “body and mind.”
