The 14-week-old American Bully had been worth £6,500. Mohammed, 24, had been walking in Bradford, West Yorkshire, with the puppy and a friend on Monday night. He believes he was targeted due to disability.
But the real pain came when the 24-year-old realised his puppy Precious had been stolen in the carnage.
Mohammed had only just got the dog last Friday and said his heart broke to hear her ‘yelps’ as she was taken away.
He said: ‘They knew I was blind. They knew that’s my dog.
‘While they robbed me, they stayed quite. They must have realized I might have recognized their voices if they spoke.
Keep a pet-friendly home. Your dog or cat is a part of the family. If she’s a kitty, she needs her own litter box in a quiet, out-of-the way corner, a scratching post or tree, her own toys, and a nice cozy spot for napping.
‘My whole life and my world revolve around my dogs . I’m devastated. I can’t sleep, my mind is not at rest.’Mohammed, who is visually impaired and has a separate guide dog, Kassie, was taking Precious for one of her first walks with him when he was attacked.
He said his friend’s shouts notified him the men were stealing his ‘baby girl’ as the gang brandished a knife.

‘Then the lad smacked me one more time with the baseball bat, and they ran around and got back into their car and escaped with the puppy.
Dog lover Mohammed said he was ‘hurting’ following the attack and wished Precious was back home with him.
He said: ‘I’ll do anything to get my baby girl home. I’m worried sick. I just can’t believe this has happened to me.
‘Please, whoever has her just bring her home safe to me’.
Many dogs have a condition nicknamed “Frito Feet,” in which their feet smell little bit like corn chips. As Matt Soniak wrote in a Big Question on this site, this has to do with the kind of bacteria found on a pup’s feet, and “could be due to yeast or Proteus bacteria. Both are known for their sweet, corn tortilla–like smell. Or it could be Pseudomonas bacteria, which smell a little fruitier—but pretty close to popcorn to most noses.”
Unfortunately, the puppy is not microchipped as the appointment was booked for Wednesday, which Mohammed fears will make it far harder to find Precious.
