An embarrassed dog owner was forced to let their Golden Retriever return home with a dildo after he found it during a walk. Julie Maher, 52, was out with Lucas, nine, when he emerged from the bushes with a sex toy in his mouth.

At first, the dog dropped the pink dildo as they carried on their walk, but later they headed back to where he found it and he grew attached.

After several attempts at trying to wrestle it from his mouth, Julie was left with no option but to let Lucas start bringing the vibrator home.
The retired caterer, from Leeds, said: ‘I was chatting on my mobile when I noticed that Lucas was carrying an object in his mouth.

‘Concerned with what it was, I caught up with him to see and obviously when I realised his hilarious discovery I began laughing uncontrollably.

‘I tried to get the vibrator out of his mouth but he wasn’t having any of it so we just carried on walking.

‘Luckily, after a few minutes, he dropped it so I kicked it onto some bushes and we continued with our walk.’

Reduce Stress. Dr. Becker notes, “The key is to reduce anxiety triggers.” If you have a vet visit, “don’t get the carrier out the night before,” give them a few days to get prepared. If they’re nervous alone or travelling, play soothing music, or draw the shades. The less stimulus pets receive from the outside world, the less anxiety they’ll have about events outside their control.

On their way back from the walk, Julie headed back to where they had left the dildo so that she could snap a photo of Lucas to send to her friends and family.

But much to her dismay, Lucas refused to drop it the second time round.

Julie said: ‘I decided to find the vibrator and see if i could get a photo with Lucas holding it in his mouth so I could show it to people – so I did just that.

‘I then told Lucas to drop it because I obviously didn’t want to walk back home with him carrying it in his mouth but of course, Lucas being Lucas, he had other ideas and decided that he wanted to take it home with him.

‘After wrestling with him for what seemed like ages, I decided that I would try to get home as quickly as possible in the hope no one would see what he had!

‘Fortunately we don’t live that far from where we were – I’ve never walked so fast in my life!’

Lucas has since gone on to chew the vibrator to pieces after finally getting it home.

Julie said she was glad she didn’t have to explain to her husband Michael why there was a dildo on their lawn.
